Refunds & Billing

Last updated September 29, 2026

Short version: cancel any time and keep access until the period you paid for ends; if something went wrong, ask us within 14 days and we’ll look at it fairly.

1. Who you’re paying

Payments are processed by Polar, our merchant of record. Polar charges your card, calculates and remits sales tax or VAT, and sends your invoice and receipt. The charge on your statement may show Polar’s name.

2. Subscriptions

  • Paid plans renew automatically every month or every year (you choose at checkout) until you cancel. The price and renewal date are shown before you pay and in Settings → Plan & billing.
  • Cancel any time in Settings → Plan & billing (or through the Polar customer portal). Your plan then continues until the end of the period you’ve paid for and won’t renew; you move to the Free plan afterwards. We don’t charge cancellation fees.
  • Upgrading takes effect immediately and you’re charged the prorated difference for the rest of the period. Downgrading takes effect at the next renewal (or is credited on the next invoice).
  • If a renewal payment fails we retry and email you; the workspace may be moved to the Free plan if it isn’t resolved.
  • Business plans are priced per seat with a minimum number of seats; changing seats adjusts the price from the time of the change.

3. Refunds

  • 14-day money-back for first purchases. If you’re not satisfied with your first paid subscription, ask within 14 days of paying and we’ll refund it, unless you’ve used a large part of the allowance (for example rendered many premium videos) or you have breached our terms. Renewals aren’t refunded once the new period has started, except where the law says otherwise or there was a billing error; cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged.
  • Credit packs can be refunded within 14 days if you haven’t used any of the credits in the pack. Used credits, and credits spent on generated media, aren’t refundable because the provider cost has already been incurred.
  • Service problems. If PostRush was unavailable or a paid feature didn’t work as described for a significant part of a billing period, contact us and we’ll credit or refund a fair share.
  • Consumers in the EU/UK. You have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. Because PostRush is a digital service that starts immediately, when you subscribe you ask us to start straight away and acknowledge that if you use the service during those 14 days you’ll owe a proportionate amount for what you’ve used before withdrawing. Statutory rights are not affected by anything on this page.
  • Refunds go back to the original payment method through Polar and usually take 5–10 business days.

4. How to ask

Email [email protected] from your account address with the order details, or use “Talk to a person” in Help & support. We reply within 2 business days.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; we resolve most issues immediately. Accounts with unresolved chargebacks may be suspended while we investigate.
