Copyright & DMCA

We respect creators. PostRush is built to reproduce formats and ideas, not to copy other people’s work, and we act on valid takedown notices.

1. How PostRush treats other people’s content

  • PostRush reads public posts to learn what works (structure, hook, pacing, topic). It generates new posts from your brand, with your words, your product and AI-generated or licensed media; it does not repost or re-edit another creator’s video, audio or images as your post.
  • Music is original or licensed and used inside your generated videos; stock and template media supplied by PostRush may be used in your own posts but not redistributed on its own.
  • You are responsible for anything you upload and for the rights to it, and for making sure a remix is your own creative expression. Repeat infringers lose access.

2. Report infringement (DMCA and equivalents)

If you believe content made or hosted through PostRush infringes your copyright, email our designated agent at [email protected] with:

  1. your name, address, phone number and email address, and your signature (electronic is fine);
  2. a description of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed;
  3. the exact URL or location on PostRush of the material you want removed;
  4. a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use isn’t authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
  5. a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.

We remove or disable access to material that is the subject of a valid notice, tell the account holder, and may terminate repeat infringers. Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing may make you liable for damages.

3. Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, send a counter-notice with: your name, contact details and signature; the material removed and where it was; a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification; and consent to the jurisdiction of the courts where you live. We forward it to the complainant and, unless they tell us within 10–14 business days that they’ve filed a court action, may restore the material.

4. Other rights

To report misuse of your image, voice, name, trademark or privacy, or content that is defamatory or unlawful, write to [email protected]. See also the AI Content Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. If you appear in public material PostRush analysed and want it removed from our records, see the Privacy Policy.
