AI Content Policy

Last updated September 29, 2026

PostRush generates text, images, video, voice and music with AI. Rules on labelling and misuse of AI content are tightening around the world (for example the EU AI Act’s transparency duties, platform labelling rules and the US FTC’s rules on fake reviews and endorsements). This page explains how we handle it and what you have to do.

1. How PostRush uses AI

Your prompts, brand details and relevant public research are sent to third-party AI providers (see subprocessors) to generate output. AI output is probabilistic: it can be wrong, biased, outdated or resemble existing work. We do not use your private content to train our own models.

2. You review before you publish

You are the publisher. Read, fact-check and edit everything before it goes out, and confirm you have the right to use any product photos, logos, music or likeness involved. Autopilot only acts within the rules you set and remains your responsibility.

3. Label AI-generated media

  • Where a platform offers an “AI-generated content” label or requires one (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and others require it for realistic synthetic media), you must apply it to AI-generated or AI-altered videos, images and audio that could be mistaken for real people, places or events. When PostRush publishes its AI-generated UGC and hook videos to TikTok and YouTube it sets the platform’s AI-generated flag automatically. For every other format and platform, including AI images and slideshows, you must add the label yourself when the platform requires it.
  • Where the EU AI Act’s transparency rules apply to you, AI-generated or manipulated image, audio or video that looks like a real person, object or event (“deep fake”) must be disclosed as artificially generated. Don’t remove watermarks or provenance metadata that we or our providers add.
  • AI-generated influencers and characters must not be presented as real people.

4. Testimonials, reviews and endorsements

You may use PostRush to draft ideas, scripts and creator-style videos. You must not use AI (or anything else) to fabricate customer reviews, testimonials, before-and-after results or endorsements, or to make an AI character claim to have used your product as if it were a real customer, and you must disclose material connections and sponsored content. Fake or misleading reviews and endorsements are illegal in many places, with substantial penalties, and are a breach of our Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Real people and likeness

Don’t generate or publish realistic depictions of real, identifiable people (including public figures, creators from a reference video, or your customers) without their permission, and don’t clone anyone’s voice. PostRush’s ready-made AI influencers are fictional. If you create a character from your own photos, you confirm they show you or people who have consented in writing to that use.

6. Copyright and trends

PostRush analyses the format and structure of viral posts so you can make your own version, and it doesn’t redistribute the original video. Recreate the idea with your own script, footage and product; don’t reuse another creator’s footage, audio or distinctive expression. See Copyright.

7. Report a problem

If AI output made with PostRush misuses your image, voice or work, or is misleading, write to [email protected] with links. We act quickly on credible reports.
